Use the calculator app and firmware from the same release package. For file transfer from a computer, disable the module’s TI USB mode first. For OTA updates, keep the calculator powered and follow the update walkthrough.
First-time calculator installation
You’ll also need the CE runtime libraries and an OS-compatible launcher. The installation guide explains which files to use for OS 5.8.4.
