Visiting this website

This site does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, customer accounts, or a form for collecting API keys. When hosted on Netlify, the hosting provider handles connection information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. See Netlify’s privacy policy.

Checkout and orders

When ordering is available, the Buy button will take you to Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe processes payment information. The seller receives the order and contact/shipping information needed to fulfill purchases and handle support. Card details are entered into Stripe’s checkout, not this static website. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond and handle your request. Do not send API keys, passwords, or complete card details. Contact support@ti84ai.com with privacy questions or requests about information you have sent us.

Your device and OpenAI

The device sends questions, attached photos, and relevant conversation history directly to OpenAI using your API key. These requests do not pass through this website. OpenAI’s terms and data practices apply to your API account; see OpenAI’s API data documentation.

The current firmware sends requests with storage disabled, but that does not mean OpenAI has no retention for other purposes. The device stores configuration, including your API key and Wi-Fi settings, in unencrypted local storage. Its local settings page uses HTTP without a separate login. Use a trusted network, protect physical access, and revoke the key if it is exposed.
